From over 230 entries Motherbird was one of 30 chosen as finalists in the AGDA Poster Annual, part of the State of Design Festival 2009.

The festival, themed 'Sampling The Future' sought posters responding to the issues of climate change, diminishing fossil fuels, globalised economic crisis generational change, and new technologies. Motherbird's poster 'Passing The Responsibility' won 2 Judges Choice votes.
