We’re very excited to be participating in Terrible Twos by The Design Kids & Desktop Magazine.
It’s a one night charity exhibition at No Vacancy Gallery (QV, Melbourne) on 7 June 2012, which is all about bridging the gap between emerging designers and established studios.

Jack will be speaking at the April Question Time along with Brendan McKnight from Desktop Magazine and Wendy Ellerton from Round. It’s a sell out and should be a great night. If you managed to snag a ticket, come along with some challenging questions for Jack to answer. See you there!

This year AGDA Victoria are running an event called After Hours. It aims to get creatives together for a beer, coffee, chat and a laugh. The year has kicked off with two great post work drinks in Melbourne. Follow them on twitter @AGDAAfterHours for more details.

We’ve been invited to participate in agIdeas Studio Access this year. There are about 10-15 places, so when tickets go on sale, you’ll have to be quick.

We had a terrific time speaking at Sex, Drugs & Helvetica and hope there were some positive outcomes from our talk. We thoroughly enjoyed listening to the other speakers, a stand out for us was Karan Singh.

Motherbird have been invited to speak at the inaugural Sex, Drugs & Helvetica conference by Positive Posters. The broad scope of speakers means it will be a pretty educational day for all.
